I even tried to get my money back through paypal but because it was so long after I couldn't (more than 60 days) each time Katie said its on its way etc

i ordered a custom video from Katie just before she left the industry. I never got my custom and never got my money back either. she didn't answer any emails

I was lucky enough to get a custom vid off cate about 3 weeks ago. always been a massive fan of hers and the customs were class.

Maybe her retirement has something to do with the fact she got married a year or two ago. maybe she wants to start a family?
