whilst surfing i came across several non-nude teen sites. some of the girls worryingly were about 12/13. they werent naked but the photos were suggestive as fuck. is this illegal if so i`d like to report it. who do i tell?

Definately report it if i were you.This shit gives all the rest of us a bad name.
Try reporting it to the ISP that the sites are on.
Also if you do a search i'm sure there are protection sites who you can report it to.
But i would definitely report it.
