Really? What sort of problems guys and when was it down? I know we have some ongoing challenges around our payment provider and some customers have had problems if they are running any sort of Norton web filtering software but generally speaking site uptime has been good so this worries me.

Drop me an email off forum as I dont want to clutter the forum up with replies to this but the monitoring systems I use arent telling me its been down so am very keen to know when and what the problem is.

This is weird because right now Im looking at the site with no problems and have been all morning and orders are coming through as normal - the main page is outside of the catalogur area and doesnt run any scripts whatsoever and is just plain HTML - gonna contact my webhost now and see what they have to say about it

I have tried it in Firefox here and IE and both work fine - also have just got off the phone to two mates on different ISPs and it (one of whom is on Linux) all works fine for them again in different browsers and ISO etc.

The Norton thing is a known issue as mine is obviously an adult site and Norton by default filters adult sites but I have now removed the adult information meta tag in case that was highlighting the issue - the front page is a plain HTML page with no scripts whatsoever so if its not loading for some users then it has to be either an ISP problem at the surfers end or something like Norton blocking the site. Im still getting orders through and right now there are 9 people on the site on different pages with no problems - having said that Im obviously keen to try and get to the bottom of this so if anyone who is having any problems can email me I will try and sort it out rather than clutter the board up.
