There's no easy way to find out.

To get the number for a particular girl, use the search function, click both subject and message bodies. To be fair you'd have to deduct the posts the girl had made herself, if any; so then repeat the search but click author only, using the exact posting name of the girl concerned. Subtract from the first result.

The problem is you'd have to do this for every girl you could think of - the operative word being 'you' - not 'me'.
