Think it stars Ron Jeremy from 80's (I think) he is a porn star but his wife doesnt know but she finds out and they do last scene together. Any help I have ?10 on this!!!

Perhaps John Leslie rather than Ron Jeremy, but I can't remember the name, sorry.

Unless it was Matinee Idol, which only partly matches your story and my vague recollection.
