The filthy lady then privately sends invites to those she wants to be there, and 'sorry, we have all the people we need' emails to those who are unsuccesful. People submitting their photo agree to stand by the decision with no fuss. People won't send false photos cos an invitation followed by an arrival by someone who looks nothing like their photo would be too embarassing to even contemplate. Just an idea.
