ripping me off

id like to let people know that the 'adore alicia' website has nothing to do with me anymore and im getting sick of the guy who runs it ripping me off. ive tried to contact him regarding the site which was supposed to have been taken down years ago...

this guy seems to think he can still use my content which he doesant have the permission to or the model releases... i paid the guys who shot the content for me who i dont have a problem with and they have tried to help me in anyway they can but to the guy running this site

i suggest you contact me before i take further action as your making money with content that does not belong to you it belongs to me.

I would say that either you or the photographer or both have a case for breach of copyright- and that you could call in M'Learned Friends.

All that's needed to start with, is a DMCA notice from the copyright owner serves on the offender. No one needs to spend money on lawyers etc. unless that fails.

I recently helped another forumite who had this problem, and I keep a copy DMCA on line for others to use as I've been issuing them since 2001

thanks all for the help i have since spoken to the owner of the sites and come to an agreement so hopefully the matter should be over and thanks to all for the quick response
