It depends...
If the 'anal sphincter muscle' is continually torn through 'over stretching' the muscle then you may have problems holding your bowels, later in life.
Id say things like double anal, or anal without 'opening up' first is more likely to leave someone with a torn 'anal sphincter' muscle.
Normal anal shouldn't make much difference as the muscle's pretty elastic, (most pain is usually cauzed by the skin surrounding the area being stretched).
Now you're 'clued up', it's time to get 'lubed up!' !laugh!
