Hardcore Cafe (HCC)
I like the look of some of their titles so whats the picture quality like compared to say Your Choice or STB? Also are they the same people as Studio 7? They seemed to share a phone number at one time and have the same maildrop.

Well, ('n this is straight from the horse's mouth) It's fuckin' brilliant!
Of course I would say that wouldn't I? But, if I put my sensible cap back on, what I can say is that most of the main features (the full pages) are edited together in a totally digital environment and are only converted back to the analogue VHS format when they are recorded onto the customer's tape with expensive semi-pro decks. So, I can't see how you could get much better than that. Everything else is also recoded on these decks as well. We use decent quality branded tapes (Sony I believe) so the only thing at issue might be the quality of the original source material. This can fluctuate substantially and we don't have any control over that. However, in recent years this has also come on in leaps and bounds. So, all in all the quality of our output is of a much higher order than when the company was established - back in 1996.
