Peter Orlando/Kent Brandon (deceased, Lindsay Honey's/Ben Dover's first agent). I haven't seen many pic sets with him. I don't know who the girls are with him, I assume they are British. The red car looks like some sort of cortina but the name badge seems to say Radel or something. The front lights seem to be non standard if they are a cortina.

Might be an Opel.... the light-cluster is similar, and the Opel logo was often
placed off-centre to the right [as viewed] on the rad-grille. They weren't common
here in the 70s but across the Channel you couldn't spit without hitting one.
