It was actually released in 2003 and when i first saw the title i thought it sounded a bit racist but after watching the clips it could easily be a concrete jungle, the Director is someone called Yani Z and who knows what their skin colour is and does it matter,

"PC bollocks again!" is a very unfortunate comment. It isn't 'PC', mate, unless for you the cause against racial stereotyping is some sort of annoyance; is it?

What would the opposite of "PC bollocks again!" be then, an environment in which everyone just looks the other way while people are discriminated against simply because of the genes they're born with?

To say"PC bollocks again!" just reminds me of the sports and business men who used to turn up in South Africa in the 80s, and do business as if there was no apartheid. When challenged they would say things like "I won't get involved in politics". Well it was never politics, it was life.
