Katie K unseen footage - any advice ?

I have around 40 minutes of unseen amateur home xxx solo footage of Katie K , from her early days in porn. I would appreciate any advice as to selling it. Not sure if it would make any money on pay to view sites as I only have this footage , or just to sell the footage outright. It is on mini dvm tape. I have also copied it onto 10 Dvd's. thanks

What were the terms for the shoot?
Did she sign a model release for you?

Just because she has moved away from modelling IMO does not mean does not mean private content can be shared. The arrangement and any form of payment or not is irrelevant. In addition once you have passed the content on you have no control over where else it may go.

Hi , thanks for reply. She was paid for the footage and signed a model release and showed I.D , lost those details though. We weren't in any relationship so it was business as they say.

In that case fine, while you no longer have the release form so can not prove given the time span IMO not a disaster.

Sorry about my choice of words, I wasn't even thinking of any form of personal relationship but purely the business terms for the shoot.

As I've posted before regardless of the legal stance I think it is morally wrong to share content from a shoot that was arranged purely as private / personal collection. All I ask is to share a few photos on my profiles and with other models to show my work and the style I require. If a model does not agree or only to share non-explicit shots I respect that.
