This story i read the other day fits your description to a tee,
Middle aged guy goes to his Doctor requesting a double dose of viagra
Doc says he can't do it because its not safe
The guy pleads with him and explains the reason he needs it is
His girlfriend is arriving Friday,Ex-Wife saturday & Wife Sunday
The Doc relents but under one condition that he comes in Monday morning to see if there are any sight effects.
So He comes in Monday morning with his Right arm in a sling
Doc asks what happened
He responds...NOBODY SHOWED UP
