Bukkake Venue Help Needed

i am putting together a bukkake with a few mates and was wondering what is the best type of venue to hold a event hotel/studio

If you find one, could you let me know details, either on this forum or privately? Not of the specifics of your event, but of the venue itself? A 'bgafd bukkake' event has been on the backburner for aaages now, and one of the main hurdles is the venue situation or lack of it.
