Yes sites will be closed down by ISPs but then it only takes one punter to repost it to a newsgroup,yahoo group etc and yur back at square one.

The lawyers are the only real winners and possibly any webmaster still with the clips onboard sailing along on the free publicity generated by the lawsuit
