Plastic surgery

Has anyone here ever had plastic surgery, I,m thinking of having me knob end done so it,s as big as a inflated car airbag, but the thought of havin all me jeans altered is putting me off, also Lizards dont do to well under general anathjisc, anatheta, anaethaethit,, annas-thetic, GAS, anyone else considered a bit of botox, or a liposuction job, new nose, ears etc....

ps. if yer wonderin what the hell that is underneath, it,s me new emblem, a cuppa! should I keep it???

I've never seen a lizard's knob-end, so I wouldn't know if an operation to make it the size of a car's airbag would entail an enlargment or a reduction!

Speaking for myself though, I've never considered any plastic surgery to make me look at all halfway decent. One reason is, Idon't have THAT much money, and the other reason is, I doubt there's a surgeon who's THAT good.

Mind you, an operation to add a couple inches to my length, might aid my chances with the ladies. A couple of inches.... That would make it how long? What's 1+2 again....?
