Pink Floyd on BBC2

Post by Guilbert »

Just watched Classic Albums on BBC2 with Pink Floyd's
Dark Side of the Moon.

Listening to the mix makes you realise how much there
is going in each track

Makes me want to listen to it again....

Strange how the 'hippy' band member now look like
accountants (particularly Nick Mason and Dave Gilmour)

Some of those shows are excellent. I even bought a couple on the strength of them.

Its more than the music, its the people

Can't say I've bought any from the shows but its fascinating to hear first hand from Band Members about how an album was created

Not that I'm into Def leppard but their 4 year ordeal to make Hysteria was an eye opener

cheers
