Actors usually cop the gong for services to the industry/continued excellence etc, so they're certainly having a laugh here. Jason has famously avoided stage work (a real test for all actors) and has largely been coasting along on vanity projects and Del Boy since Porterhouse Blue in the eighties - the last time he actually broke a sweat in a role. He has also vettoed the video release of some of his earlier shows (A Sharp Intake Of Breath etc) which must have put a fair few out of pocket royalty-wise.
