AFAIK never on r18 but Marino told me he is waiting to hear from Your Choice as they currently have screeners. So with a bit of luck YC will see common sense and we will all then be able to enjoy this new series uncut. Marino is no stranger to a golden shower as we know and if YC take them these scenes will be included unlike if he went down the r18 route and paid the extortionate amount that the BBFC charge to give a certificate. BBFC are robbers and prevent mail order just ask Marcus Allen who is hoping to challenge the BBFC in Court about how they restrict free trade which is against EC Law.

Aswell as being a fan of yours I am also a fan of your old man Marino(but not in a gay way, ha, ha), I grew up watching Ben films with Marinos funny jokes. Loved your scene for Uncle Ben Becs you babe! Tell Marino we all respect him and cant wait to see his stuff. I love Marinos jokes! He is funnier than Ben, by a small margin. Sorry Ben!

Re: the extortionate amount the BBFC charge for a certificate. As far as I know this is ?1500 for them to look at and pass judgement on any film (be it a porno or Hollywood blockbuster). Very stoopid. A friend of a friend makes his own sci-fi videos (using old Dr Who/Blake's Seven cast members) - they are typical Saturday teatime fare (PG at best) but he has to ship them from a Continental address because he can't afford to get a BBFC certificate (?1500 is roughly what he turns over in total off each tape) and is too scared to sell MO from the UK without a certificate. Personally, I find it very hard to criticise the BBFC given that they have fairly recently legalised hardcore porn after 15 years of prohibition. Still, the certification process could certainly be cheaper...

Exactly! Marino has worked as a stud for years and its about time he got some recognition. The BBFC stand in everyones way because only the really rich guys like Uncle Ben can get past them. New producers have no chance which means no change or progress in Brit-Porn.

G has a point: the BBFC deserve applause for seeing sense on h/c.
Unfortunately, issues beyond their control, like M/O, dubious moral strictures and the undemocratic certification fees, have replaced natural justice with Law and produced the usual legal dog's breakfast.

OK the MO rules are laid down in statute by the VRA 1984 (a knee-jerk reaction by Thatchers government to Daily Mail histeria about so-called video nasties). But the Act was recently amended and the BBFC could have had a hefty input but they kept their traps shut.

Not exactly issues beyond their control. More like issues that justify their existence. Perhaps the fall of censorship could spell P45`s for them. They should be there to classify not censor. They have to protect themselves and justify their existence. Thats just my opinion.
