Yes I remember that you had a fairly large Lebanese community on my visits there with alot of the Milk Bars (do they still call them that) being owned by Lebanese people.

I seem to member a rugby league world cup (if you can call it a world cup with really only 3 major nations) having a Lebanese side with all australians in it as well. El Masri was one I think but I maybe wrong.

Oh and I agree with you that a 3 month holiday will not solve that youth's issues.
