Anyone on here made the switch from digital tape to Direct to Edit Technology? I am thinking of purchasing a FireStore FS-4 portable hard drive for this. I have visited a few forums (mainly seem to cover wedding video work). Seems to be an issue with fan noise.
Just wondering if anyone on here has first hand experience.
