I need whatever links I can get on UK porn laws, such as hosting a hardcore site etc. I just read this on hush-hush and am a tad confused:
"If your site is going to contain hard-core images, then you may well run into huge problems. Publishing such a web site in the UK is akin to publishing a magazine - if the law does not allow hard-core images to be available in magazines or books, then the same law applies to the Internet. Publishing in print or in web space, at the moment the same strict laws apply. If in doubt, don't publish your site."
So I cant run a hardcore site from Britain? Do you guys all use American hosts or something? Help! Id like my site to contain hardcore images as well as downloadable vids, how can I go about this?
Also, is there a good round up of the best adult hosts anywhere? There are so many to choose from I dont know where to begin.
