Legal or not that is the single most idiotic post I have ever seen on this board.

Let's just say it isn't legal, the good folks here download it. Well the 'accidental' download defence is no longer valid, recentley the precedent was set that even though the image may no longer be on your PC and you imediatley deleted it when you realised what it was, you can still be prosecuted because in fact due to technology it actually still is on your PC.
