'Terrorist Suspects' Arrested
Let's hope the 'Intelligence' Services have got their facts in better order than they did in the De Menezes and Forest Gate incidents...

They're locking them up today, they're throwing away the key...I wonder who it be tomorrow, you or me?

I hope so too since this was big news in the states as well. If they get egg in their faces I'm gonna laugh so hard!
Re: 'Terrorist Suspects' Arrested
Some of the sad twats on this forum find the strangest things to laugh about, ie if they get egg on their face.
Whatever you think, the security forces are trying to protect us and as such should have our support not all the human rights rhetoric that often appears here. If you or yours got blown up by one of these poor misguided souls who have been forced into this action by our government (I'm being sarcastic btw) you'd be bleating about why nothing was done to stop it. When they try to stop it, you all sound like George Galloway on speed.
Come into the real world and leave all your uni childish posteuring behind.

Dorrin man look! I ain't tryin to start no stuff! Where I grew up here in the states the police is already in hot water for the torchering of suspects back in the 1970s to early 1980s and this man is STILL getting a pension for it! The mayor who was a states prosecuter back then turned his back on the whole thing and you say I'm laughing? Dorrin, when I was in my 20s I couldn't stand the police. Now I just turned 40 this year, and while time brings change with the way these authorities are acting I'm losing a WHOLE lot of respect for them. So while they are trying their best to protect us, they BETTER have the right people behind bars because if they don't, yeah, IT'S GON BE FUNNY AS HELL!!!

Dorrin, leave it!
Most people hate the police/goverment, but some folk on here seem to delight in the 'fuck ups' they make. I get the feeling they love it, and love complaining about it. It's as if the'will' the police to do wrong, like they're proved right or something.
Just saying you're wasting your time. I hate it when the police fick up, but I realise we have to accept it sometimes, especially when there's a lot at stake. Hopefully they have the right people this time, but if not, it at least shows they're trying their best.

If they've got it wrong again, they may as well have Danny Baker in custody for the good it's gonna do us.Inspector Wiggum should be drafted in to take over at MI6 and Blair should be replaced with Bernard Manning.

This is a very serious business.
Innocent people get shot and killed.

Re: 'Terrorist Suspects' Arrested
Hey Sam! Since you seem to disagree without being disagreeable, responding to you is worth the the conversation. I don't delight in police eff ups at all and in another thread the day they caught the so-called suspects I gave credit to London for being on the ball for catching these guys because it seemed to have been an on-going investigation, considering the amount of people they rounded up. With all that said, I'd like to believe they've got the right people so I'm hesitant in calling them anything but the child of god. So again, big ups to the, well your version of the FBI I guess in stopping the bombing of these planes. One of them was headed to Chicago IL. And when stuff like this happens I've noticed it sure brings out the worst in people on these threads. All kinds of racist and bigoted type comments just spew forth from the mouths of people who don't seem to like nobody who ain't their skin color. I was told if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all!
Re: 'Terrorist Suspects' Arrested
Why increase the "Threat Level" after they have caught and arrested these 'terrorists"? According to newspaper reports they have been investigating the last lot for 3 months or so........surely 3 months ago when they first became aware of this 'potential' threat would have been the best time to increase the alertness.
I personally think that a lot of this is brought about to allow more and more restrictions upon us, and that the Govt. has a lot to answer for. We're starting to see more and more cracks appearing over the 9/11 incident, and it's slowly making it's way into the mainstream media, how long before serious questions are asked about 7/7 over here.
