One of my all time top 10 faves.
The only slightly disappointing bit IMO is the ending, where Jack finally freezes and looks a bit daft hamming it up to the max.
Best bit? On the way to the Overlook with Wendy and Danny as Jack observes (as only Jack can) "You see, it's okay, He saw it on the television."Wicked.

Heres a bit of trivia about the shining. Who was origionally cast for Jack Nicholsons part. And know searching google or imdb. Will post answer later.
