Is it worth it?
The chances of you winning your complaint are slim as the two coppers will tell a completely different story to yours and they'll both back each other up and unless you have an independent witness or two then your fucked before you even start.
Even if you did win then you'd have to watch your back which is ok if you're whiter than white but if your not then they'll be after you.
Personally I'd leave it and just become wiser for it and if you have to deal with the police again then be stronger next time and know what your rights are.
