Lunar eclipse
There's a total eclipse of the moon tonight starting at around 22.00. Should be worth a look if the clouds stay away. Those of you with telescopes/binos might care to stop looking at that young woman across the road who walks around the house naked at night without pulling the curtains, and cast your gaze skywards.

Your starter for 10. What famous film had as a plot point a girl walking naked around the house at night, so diverting a copper from his route?

One of these days I must work out where in the FAQ it explains how to post a pic without first signing up to Image Shack... so here's a link instead.

Fabulous pic Bob. More to come I hope.
Even with the naked eye, once it was total, it took on a three dimensionality that isnt apparent with the flat disc of a normal full moon. Thats the wonder of good lighting. I'm still out in the garden in awe, but with a bottle of wine and a good coat. The kids were very UNimpressed. Youth of today.
