That function is on Phorum Boards, it can be Enabled, or Disabled, so it looks like it is Disabled for users on BGAFD Phorum Boards.

I know this, as I have just installed a version of Phorum onto my Test Webserver. I got tons of work to get it how I want it, sheesh. When I used phpBB, I spent 36 months tweaking n fixing the Board to how I want it. I gave up on it eventually, couldnt get the Tree Threading on phpBB at that time.
