It's a definite sign that I'm getting older though, drinking the finest wines available to humanity. I remember the bilge I used to imbibe, gems like:
Blue Nun, and no that's not a porn vid..
Black Tower.
Liebfraumilch.
Mateus Rose.
Thunderbird, red and blue.
I never drank Lambrini though, I'm not a Gypo.
Any of the forumites care to share with us their past preference's for bench wine?

The difference in duty is almost ?1.00 a bottle (our greedy goverment) and because these wines have to be transported accross the channel to get to us then this increases the price, but taking this into account no bottle of wine should be more than ?2.00 a bottle dearer in the U.K. than it is on the continent !confused!
