If Jenna/Posh/Moss/whoever had put on 20 stone, it would be insulting to say they look horrible at that weight, but if they lose weight, it's ok to say it.

Obesity kills more people in 1 hour globally, than say 'anorexia' in a year.

You raise a good point.
People don't say anything to when people put on weight but as soon as any one lose's 'too much' weight it's time to give them shit.
Everyone has off days, sometimes your too skinny, sometimes your too fat.
You have to admit however that I look perfect all of the time, this picture speaks for itself.
