Eugenics is the philosophy of "racial improvement" it has nothing to do with scientific studies of human difference, of which there are many particularly in the wake of the human genome project. Governments are not afraid of exploring human variation and fund it to the hilt, in the West, in terms of genetic research.

The only thing the Nazis hindered was the adoption of bad scientific methodology to justify a spurious racial ideology.

There is no scientific correlation between penis size and race. This is a fact which two seconds on the Net will confirm. Dicks are one of the few things that tend to fall within a set size range, globally. Obviously there are individual variations at either end of the scale.

I was thinking more in the lines of eugenics in reverse (as it were). That is, how each race has improved genetically to adapt to specific environmental pressures.

While anthropology would be a better term, it's more a study of humankind's evolution as a whole, rather than the whys of physical and behavioural differences due to selection pressures on isolated groups of the same species.

Arguing over the terminology used doesn't make the whole post 'bollocks', but your right in that the name 'eugenics' could have confused people, and I should have clarified what I meant better.
