I recently ordered 2 vids from were delivered within 2 weeks to Australia no hassels,all up with postage paid the equivalent of 20 pounds per tape.Tapes were VHS NTSC.The same goes for small orders(Less than 5 tapes) to but beware if they say they will order,don't bother.

As for UK operations couldn't tell you.Would assume the closer you can get to home the better postage rate you'll get and if lucky VHS PAL so you can do yourself a copy before you ruin the original from overuse.
