No action taken against the drivers. Result stands, Raikkonen world champion.

Get your Lewis Hamilton lucky white heather here.

Anyone else find the mystery gearbox problem dodgy?

Well was it my imagination that Alsonso did not try an inch in that Grand Prix, plus that is the happiest I have seen him on the podium all year after finishing a distant 3rd ... must have been pleased for Ferrari (wonder where he will end up next year??)
PEOPLE think Stephen Hawking is so clever, but when you ask him a question and he is typing in the answer on his little screen, how do we know he isn't just looking up the answer on the Internet?

So - after Mansell and Hill back in the '90s - Hamiltion does after all continue that great tradition of Brit F1 drivers leading the drivers' championship all season, only to throw it away in the last race.

Or rather in the penultimate race in Shangahi, since the gearbox issue yesterday wasn't really his fault (and the boy done good to recover and finish seventh from being way down the field at one stage) but driving into the gravel in China was.

His time will come though. And at least Alonso didn't win it.
