Why do I say this? Not because I want to defend him, simply because presumably his ex made the video on the sly, which once again (presumably) would have meant it would be difficult to make out what it was - so all the rozzers would have to go on would be her word for it.

Its also a matter of what can be proved in a court of law as to whether the DPS/PPS will pursue someone who wields great power/influence

There may be no actual law that says masturbating over transcripts of child abuse cases is illegal but it is clearly a misuse of them and it shows the sexual proclivities of the judge.

I think that the video made it quite clear what he was masturbating over and on the balance of probality his computer should have been examined.

It is obvious that the only reason that it was not was because he was a member of the Establishment, a judge who had friends in the police force.

Anyone else would have been nicked and found guilty.

I notice that the usual crew of big mouth posters on this forum have not commented on this posting. This brings me to a point.

The Adult Entertainment business earns a lot of money for creative people but also for the parasites who bleed the rest of us. Most of you keep your mouths shut about these blood suckers and keep a low profile. You are afraid of the corrupt and the powerful but while you are satisfied to "play the game" you will only ever get the crumbs from the table.
