Calzaghe for me, although if Hatton wins against Mayrunner (doubtful), then maybe him. (How many fights has Calzaghe had in 2007?)
For constancy then Hamilton, but lets not forget Paula Radcliffe; she did win her first marathon 2 months after having given birth! (and the New York marathon is a toughy)

More pointless awards, what is the point?
Its like saying boxing is better than f1 or rugby union or enter sports name
The award should be for just being nominated rather than this one person is better than the rest, they've all achieved

What happened to, if not a life time at the top, at least a few years of success before the awards come?

And the autobiographies as well.
Much as I admire Lewis Hamilton for what he's achieved in so short a time, he's only - what - 23 or something, and has been on the scene for all of 5 minutes.
And already he's published his "life story".
A lot of footballers aren't much better in that respect. Cricketers as well, rugby players etc. etc.
Why not wait until they retire? I can only put it down to greed.

What on earth is Ohuruogu doing in that list? She missed, not one, but three drugs tests and as a result received a one year ban. To miss one drugs test looks foolish, but to miss THREE!! How can that be allowed to occur?
Why is Wilkinson also on that list? He spent half the time not playing because of an injury.
