Ok, not really a joke, but a puzzler.

I get my finger and touch my right cheek, I scream out in pain. I touch my left cheek with the same finger and again scream out in pain. I touch my shoulder and scream out in pain. The same with touching my elbow, wrist, hip, knee...whatever I touch, makes me scream in pain.

What's your medical diagnosis?
