Just another case of Tribal intolerance

Black Africa is tribal first and country/democracy second
especially when you have a power struggle which this would seem to be.

Africa is an unsolvable problem. It had a modicum of peace when we had the Empire but they much prefer macho posturing and tribal violence to the ballot box anyday. Friend of mine has worked in both Kenya and Nigeria and rarely left his hotel apart from going to work.
If AIDS doesn't keep Africa in the middle ages then their tribal rivalries will do as good a job.

BTW World Cup 2010 has a contingency clause in case South Africa isn't safe enough...........
