I haven't, until this evening, discovered that by using Firefox it works out all the spelling when typing into the white box. It's brilliant!
I shall continue to use it (Firefox) whenever I'm on these boards.
I would like to take this opportunity to praise the manufactures of Firefox for their excellent invention. I also would like to point out that I have nothing to do with the Firefox company.
Firefox - the cure for spelling.
Re: Firefox - the cure for spelling.
Don't you mean "manufacturers"?

Aye, Firefox may be able to tell you the right spellings, but if you spell the wrong words correctly, it won't show up!
Manufacturers - Manufactures !laugh!
Oh, by the way, make sure you've got British spelling turned on, and not American, otherwise you'll not know your 'colors' from your 'neighbors'.
Did you turn on clear type in Windows so your text is like IE7?

Re: Firefox - the cure for spelling.
Actually, I do have time.
Right-click any part of your desktop in windows (I'm assuming you have XP?). Then select 'Propeties'. Click on the 'Appearance' tab and then click on 'Effects'.
In the new window check on the option that says "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" and then from the list directly below select the 'ClearType' option. Click 'Ok' and then 'Apply' and you're done.
