Thanks Caractacus. I had very vague memories of there being a drama about Scott on tv when i was a child and thanks to the dvd release i was able to see it.
I heartily recomend that you read Ranulph Fiennes' biography of Scott as he is one of the only people who have written about him who have actually been through some of the same events.
