When I worked in casinos, we had a new uniform that involved a red and white striped waistcoat. (think barbershop quartet) This was a national uniform, except for the Newacstle branch, who had theirs changed to black and white stripes on threat of a mass resignation.

The fact that NUFC fans think that they follow a big club, and that therefore they should win something, gives me a great deal of pleasure. I believe Sir Anthony Eden was Prime Minister the last time they won the FA Cup. Doesn't say much for their big club does it?
