CCBill Advice Needed Please

Post by jubilee »

I want to join a website but the members subscriptions are handled by CCBill, a company based in the States, which makes me wary of parting with my bank details. Has anyone on here used them before and if so what was your experience like with them? In particular how easy was it to cancel your subscription? Your thoughts and comments are much appreciated, gentlemen.

I have used them and they are fine- they make it very easy to cancel as well.

Hi
As a Webmistress as well as a model I've used CCBill as my billing supplier for the last 6 years. They really are the web's de facto adult billing provider because they are 100% reliable ( in my experience anyway!).

If the site you are thinking of joining has set their billing up correctly you should be able to see the amount you are paying beforehand in ?, and as already stated, cancelling subscriptions is quick and easy.

Hope this helps!

I've used CCBill in the past and I can report nil problems whatsoever. Canceling your subscription is easy as pie. !wink!

In my experience if cancel your membership via their website within the time frame as stated in the terms & conditions(dont read it at your financial expense)
then you'll have no problems with ccbill

Its when you need any of these big billers to actually do something for you that they fall down

My 1 bad experience on the net was a website that needed to be activated by the webmaster.Signed up...emailed off for activation...
no reply...contacted ccbill..no reply...4 weeks later after no response from either party I got my bank to charge the amount back....no reply from anyone

If you want to read about how bad billers can appear to be have a look here.Just keep in mind this is probably .1% of the total amount of transactions they process and many would be down to people thinking with their dicks instead of reading the t&c not to mention those that are just trying it on but I'm sure there are some real complaints in amongst them
