Anything goes in Dubai - but behind closed doors, even down to keeping a sex slave from the Philippines. What you get into trouble for in public is another matter. The place is crawling with prostitutes of both sexes from all over the developing world. To keep a place like that going it needs lots of cheap labour from India, whose working conditions are only a little better than those in India - it's all about keeping the costs down and packing them in 12 to a room, whilst the rich tourists live it up at $500 a night hotels.
