Made a guest appearance at a rock club in Wolverhampton the end of last week in support of Ricky Cool and Mike Sanchez; and announced from the stage that he starts work on the second Plant/Krauss album in January.
He did wish Pagey, Jonesy and Jason all the best with their 'project'- but said he didn't wish to be part of it and that it wouldn't- of course- be called Led Zeppelin.

Re: Robert Plant
I feel sorry for Jimmy Page.
Although Led Zeppelin was Page's band right from the start - indeed it is legally his too, as far as I am aware - he can never, with any credibility, call a band Led Zeppelin without Plant as singer.
For someone who, essentially, lost his voice in 1974, Plant is being what we call in the business, a 'cunt'.

Re: Robert Plant
And a filthy-rich cunt too let's not forget...why would he want to further knacker his voice out on a gruelling stadium concert tour with Zeppelin hollering out the same old cock-rock standards night after night for a big paycheck he has no real need for? Unlike most old rockers nowadays, he simply realises the past is where it all belongs, he did the O2 gig, now why should'nt he enjoy working with Alison Krauss next year instead of gritting his teeth and lumping another world tour with Zep? Good luck to him I say!
