I have posted a couple of posts before on this subject, and I have always stated that I have no time for this organisation. I have said however that I find it odd they can legally exist, raise money, pay tax, canvas for support, register candidates, people can vote for them - yet you can be sacked from your job in the Police or the Civil Service if you join the organisation. It is as weird as having a shop that legally exists, pays tax etc, but you are not really allowed to shop there - even though the authoritiies allow it to exist.
It seems certain the motion will be passed and from that day forth you will be sacked as a Priest, or a clergy person, if you are a member of the BNP. Mr political correctness himself Ian Blair, who used to run the Metropolitan Police in London, has backed a proposal put forward by an ethnic minority member of the Synod in Southwark, south London. Ian Blair was the man who allowed the Black Police Federation to come to the fore - a racist organisation that would refuse to support you if you were a white officer needing assitance, purely because you are white.
I welcome any reasonable steps that anyone may take to try and prevent the BNP from getting any bigger, but the things happenng now are ludicrous and worrying. If it is taboo to support this mob then they should be banned as a party. For them to legally exist, yet you can't vote for them without being vilified, or join them, is very odd. Witch hunts, orchestrated by the Labour Party and its cronies, throughout public bodies, and soon the Church too, in order to route out people who support a certain political party, suggests we are heading towards fascism. A lot of what George Orwell predicted seems to be coming true. What are other people's views?

Like I say I have no time for these people, but if they legally exist then they legally exist. If they are banned from the Police, the Civil Service, the teaching profession, and now the Church, then perhaps they should be banned from society completely. To be endorsed by the establishment officially, but not endorsed by them on the ground, makes no sense.
Re: BNP members to be banned from the Church..
jesus christ the authorities must be running scared of the BNP now to stoop to this level.so let me get this right if you are a rapist murderer or nonce you are welcome in church but if you would simply rather live with people the same as you that is such an outrageous sin that you are not welcome in a church?sounds complete insanity to me.and they call the BNP fascists?
Re: BNP members to be banned from the Church..
Perhaps the organisation that requires homosexuals and people with tattoos to be put to death don't consider the BNP to be extreme enough for church membership?
We have need of you again, great king.

Re: BNP members to be banned from the Church..
I just read on Yahoo that the Church of England general Synod has just voted in favour of this and people who are members of the BNP are now banned from having anything to do with the Church of England clergy. If you really read between the lines on this it is basically the Labour Party spreading its anti-BNP tenticles right across British society, and using public money to do it, in order to reduce and weaken the BNP. The former Met Commissioner Ian Blair, who basically made all this happen, was a very politicied person when he was running the Met - rather than a neutral, non-partisan, person like he was supposed to be.
The Court case that was launched against the BNP a couple of years ago, where the leader and the deputy leader of the BNP were nearly jailed over some claims they made that were secretly recorded by the BBC, failed. So there was another Court case (because certain people high up weren't happy with the result). When that failed aswell Gordon Brown said they may have to change the law on whether things like what they said should be able to be said by people in British society. So the Labour Party are meddling in the Courts, and spending huge amounts of public money to do it, and then threatening to change laws that are set in stone - all for political reasons.
Bizarelly, in the biggest irony of all, BBC's Panorama made the exact same claims that the BNP had made (about Asian men grooming teenage girls in Bradford) sometime later. Two BNP men were nearly jailed for saying that on TV, then the very same broadcaster that filmed them made the same claims later saying that as far as they were concerned these claims were right!
This isn't the end of it either. As the months and years go on, the Labour Party will get inside every area of our day-to-day life and have people who are members of the BNP banned from having anything to do with those things. The Trade Unions will be next, then the BBC, then every previously state-owned utility. They will keep going and going. Boy Scout and Girl Guide leaders will probably be on the list!
Also, look out for "accidental" leaks of BNP membership lists to the media every couple of years. Faceless people, who operate behind the scenes in Westminster, will "mistakenly" press the wrong button on a computer, every couple of years, and the list of everyone in the BNP will be out there. It will happen every few years so the press can vilify and ruin the careers and lives of the new people who have joined the BNP in that two year period.

max I've been following what you've put and was going to put another thing that doesn't help is schools introducing assembly's for specific religions as reported on the news tonight.
However your suggestion of reading between the lines its a new labour policy is complete and utter bollocks so won't bother reading anymore.
