Jackie Smith to resign...

Post by max_tranmere »

Her, and two or three other ministers, are set to resign this week following the expenses scandal and the fact that it looks like Labour will be slaughtered in the Euro elections this Thursday. Gordon The Ego, the man who would only allow the public to vote in 2007 if they were going to vote for him, will be weakened severely by the results when they are released on Friday. With 3 or 4 frontline ministers set to quit, and the Chancellor Alistair Darling set to be moved, I think we are genuinely seeing the beginning of the end of the Labour Government. What has been said this afternoon by respected political commentators is the greatest confirmation yet that Cameron will win next year I think. So look forward to Cameron being PM from next year, and Gordon The Ego - who no one even wanted as PM - becoming a multi-millionaire from 2010 onwards as he trades off the connections he made in Whitehall. It's a funny world...

Max you've been living in cloud cuckoo land if you have only just started to see the beginning of the end of the Government. We've been predicting it for years. It was muted when Cameron became Leader.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the reshuffle most I know are saying anyone remotely linked (including those who have paid even ?1 back) have no place in the Cabinet.

The trouble is we don't get on the camera the BBC would much rather continue as they are and promote Green Dave's non policy for policy.

I won't look forward to Cameron being PM. He is already proving to be a tosser, even Tebbit is saying don't vote for him. His open public meetings aren't open despite media claims and reports. I asked for an invite to one here last week and didn't even get a reply.

It was probably my own fault for putting the question I wanted to ask which was why has crime gone up since the Tory's gained control of my council, in my email application but hindsight is a wonderful thing !annoyed!

Reggie, that was below the belt. Tebbit's wife has been paralysed since that incident in Brighton in 1984 and she has said many times how sad she is "never to have been able to hold my grand children'. What you just said was a bit bad...
