If you're using AVG anti-virus, and just updated to the new version it might be that. I just did and my internet time updates to an hour forward.

If we assume a more comlicated,unvelievable theory..What about Alien Abduction? This putting the clocks back thing is simple enough to believe,but what if the reason is more sinister?
