In a similar vein the govt will be very adept at cutting winter warmth payments and child benefit for the middle classes but less than useless at getting the scroungers out of their smelly pits or propping up a bar in Witherspoons at 10.00am!

I know all about the Child Support Agency...

When my wife and I separated she looked after our daughter, but within about 2 years she was no longer physically capable of doing so. My daughter (then coming up to her fifth birthday) came and lived with me instead. Both my by now ex-wife and myself wrote to the CSA to explain the change in circumstances. That didn't stop the CSA continuing to write to me asking me to pay x amount each month to my ex-wife for the care and support of our daughter. In spite of several letters, including one from a solicitor containing affidavits from both myself and my ex-wife confirming that I was the responsible parent and not my ex-wife I eventually received a court summons for non payment of support! The CSA had earlier attempted an attachment of earnings, but being self employed they couldn't. Both my ex-wife and myself attended the court hearing and explained the situation and the official from the CSA attending was given a dressing down for wasting court time and resources. It didn't stop the CSA starting the whole process again about two years later. The problem is that they just couldn't get their heads around the fact that, in spite of both parents being alive, it was the father not the mother who was looking after the child!

I agree whole heartedly with you. The CSA are the biggest waste of fucking space in Christendom. I have to pass through one of their offices to carry out an inspection on some of the plant in the building. (It doesn't matter which office, no name no pack drill as we used to say in the Kate.) I have to bite my tongue very hard so that I don't let the bastards know exactly what I think of them. Fucking big piles of smelly soft SHIT is what they are.

My niece hasn't had a fucking penny from the bastards as the twattttttts cant get hold of her daughters arsehole father. An arsehole who hits women. My niece is better off being looked after by us her family.
She works to support herself and daughter rather than be a fucking scrounger.
I would round up all of the CSA in the country and put them in a disused coal mine and fill the fucking shaft in. Fucking twattttts.
As for the Benefit cheats, I would do the same to them but douse em in petrol first and chuck a match down the shaft before filling it in.
