Hey, I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that a transsexuals vagina was largely constructed from the remenants of the penis (they don't just cut it off), and the glans used for the clitoris. This is because of reasons of sensitivity (all the nerve endings etc) during sex for the post-op patient.
