Id German film

I am trying to find out the name of a film I saw a few years ago. I seem to recall it was a German Teen film. The opening scene had a young girl walking home, she passes a man who is fishing in a stream, he spots her and starts to follow her. He follows her to her house and they end up having sex in a utility room. Can anyone help.
