VPC Telsev are a French supplier of very reasonably priced DVD's.
I've used them several times and never had any problems.
Very quick service.
Site is in French.
Site claims to also be available in other languages (and is, kind of).
Netcraft report says the site first noted in 1999. McAfee report says the site first noted in 2001. So they're well established.
